Catnip
Nepeta cataria
Catnip is a perennial herb in the mint family and carries a number of benefits for your garden: Perennials hold moisture in the soil by keeping the structure intact and maintaining a relationship with mycorrhyzal fungi. Catnip produces small delicate white flowers that pollinators love. And catnip really does attract cats! What's not to love about catnip!
