Painted Mountain corn was developed in Montana and is adapted for high elevation deserts. Grown to maturity, it can be dried and ground as a flour or used as an animal feed grain. Harvest early to enjoy as a fresh corn.

Direct-sow seeds ¼” deep, and space the plants 6-12 inches apart. These can also be started indoors, then transplanted outside once the weather is warm.
