The length and number of stems in each 1-lb bundle will vary across the growing season!
 
The green variety, "Victoria", is an early maturing rhubarb. As of April, the plants already need a break, but I'll get an additional harvest later in the season.
 
The red variety, "Glaskins Perpetual", is just getting started! There will be more in the farmstand in the coming weeks.
